Series Features:
-
Capacity Range: Up to 4800 LPM
-
Viscosity Range: From 10 to 5,000 cSt
-
Temperature Range: From 0 to 120 °C
-
Pressure Range: Up to 30 bar (from size 102 to 156 up to 16 bar)
Operational Features:
-
The three-screw pump consist one rotor and two idlers, in a precisely bored pump casing insert, which ensures high pumping efficiency and high suction power.
-
As the double-start screws meshes, a continuous axially moving voids/pockets generate, which traps the liquid inside it, and hence transfers the fluid, where it required.
-
These pumps permits an even axial flow without pulsation and silent pumping operation even at a high speed.
-
Axial loads on the rotor are often compensated by an adequate design of the bearing and all the radial forces are self-compensated.
-
Further, size of a rotor kept small in the design, which enables these pumps to run at a higher speed with direct coupling to the prime mover.
Product Advantages:
-
Very low noise level
-
Very low pulsation into the pumped medium
-
High self-priming capability
-
Robust cast iron body
-
Flexible installation (horizontal, or vertical)
-
Radial or axial suction port design
-
Execution for large amount of air entrapped in the pumped medium
-
New magnetic coupling (optional)
-
Ball bearing – to provide maximum operational reliability
-
Very high viscous fluids handling (> 100.000 cst)
-
Built-in relief valve (optional)
-
Specific test and certifications available

Safety Measures:
Following points should be kept in mind as a safety measures while installing and running the pump:
-
Read the instruction manual thoroughly.
-
Do not run pump dry.
-
All the guards and shields should be at their proper places before running.
-
Make sure that the pump runs in assigned direction only.
-
Check all the lubricants before installing.
-
Pump casing should be filled with liquid.
-
Do not use liquid other than that for which the pump is designed.
-
Use proper strainers and filters to protect pump from abrasives.

Self-compensated radial forces eliminate need of bearing
High pressure capacity up to 40 Bar
Self-Priming and reversible
cartridge design simplifies maintenance problem and saves lead time.
